Parenting in the digital age is fun! And also overwhelming and constantly changing. Dr. Smith can help adults as they navigate parenthood in the quickly-shifting world. She has a particular passion for helping parents of older children who are struggling to gain independence. This is struggle is sometimes referred to as “Failure to Launch.”
Dr. Smith also works with new parents, and parents adapting to divorce.
Sessions are 55 minutes and can include one or both parents.
